How to Book an Appointment With Deposit Amount (Partial Paid)

Want to allow your customers to pay a deposit when booking an appointment? Here you’ll see how to set up and use the BookingPress Deposit Payment addon. First thing first, you’ll activate the Deposit Payment addon and then go to the Payments Settings of BookingPress. Here, you can select the “Deposit Only” option under Allow Customers To Pay. Now, head to the Services page where you can choose the deposit type, either a fixed amount or a percentage, and set the Deposit Amount while editing. 

After that, the video shows how customers can pay the deposit while booking an appointment. Once the appointment is booked, you can view its details from the Appointments and Payments pages. The payment status will be shown as “Partially Paid.” When the customer pays the remaining amount manually, you can update the payment status to “Paid.” This makes it easy to collect partial payments while managing appointment and payment records directly from your BookingPress dashboard.
