This video shows you how to set up the Ratings and Reviews Addon in BookingPress and let customers share their experience. You’ll first activate the addon and check staff ratings from the Staff Members page. BookingsPress also lets you add the Rating & Review shortcode to notification messages. Once all set, staff ratings appear on the front end booking form where customers can see the star rating, number of reviews, and review details.
After an appointment is completed, customers receive a link to submit their feedback. The video shows how they can use this link to open the dedicated review page, rate their experience, add a review title and description, and submit it. Apart from this, even staff members can see their ratings from their dashboard, while the Appointments page lets admins view the review details for each appointment.
