BookingPress Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the BookingPress Affiliate Program! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your participation as a BookingPress affiliate. By signing up, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Enrollment in the Program

You can join our BookingPress Affiliate Program easily from the BookingPress affiliate program page. You need to submit a completed application through our Website. Once you finish signing up, you can access your affiliate Dashboard.
We reserve the right to reject any application if your website is not suitable for the program. Unsuitable sites may include, but are not limited to those that:

Utilising Affiliate Links

As an affiliate, you agree not to engage in spam or any misleading promotions. Any form of unsolicited bulk email campaigns linked to your affiliate account will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Affiliates are permitted to use PPC advertising to promote BookingPress. However, you may not bid on keywords or phrases that include our brand name (“BookingPress”), variations, abbreviations, or misspellings.

Commissions

Commission rates are subject to change at our discretion. You will be notified via email regarding any changes that will take effect after 30 days from the date of the notice.

Commission Payments

There is a waiting period of 20 days to cover any possible refunds and chargebacks. After this period, all sales are final, and you can request a payment. Payments are processed on the 15th of each month via PayPal or Payoneer.
Commissions will not be paid for purchases made by you, your immediate family members, or anyone within your organisation. BookingPress reserves the right to withhold commissions for sales that do not comply with our Terms of Service or are determined to be fraudulent.

Minimum Payment Threshold

A minimum of $50 commission balance is required to release payment in the Monthly cycle. If your balance is low, the payment will roll over to the next month.

Payment Platform

We currently process all payments via PayPal and Payoneer. A valid PayPal or Payoneer account is required to receive your commissions. We do not support any other payment platforms at this time.

Term and Termination

This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party. BookingPress reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email.
If terminated for cause (e.g., violation of these terms), any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Modification

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your participation in the program. Continued participation will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

BookingPress will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or profits) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
