This video tutorial shows you how to set up custom service durations and pricing in BookingPress and let customers choose their preferred appointment duration when booking a service. You’ll first see how to activate the Custom Service Duration addon.
After activating the addon, you’ll head to Services and edit the service you want to configure. Under Enable Custom Duration and Pricing, you can set the unit duration in hours or minutes, Unit Price, Minimum Duration, and Maximum Duration. The video also shows how to add multiple duration and pricing options such as 2 hours for $18, 3 hours for $24, and 4 hours for $30, and add as many options as needed. Once the custom durations and prices are configured, you can save the service.
Next, you’ll see how customers book an appointment using the front-end booking form. During the Date & Time step, customers can select their preferred service duration, and the available time slots are shown along with the corresponding price. After completing the booking, you can view the appointment from the Appointments page and check the payment details from the Payments page.
