How to Setup & Use Waiting List Addon using BookingPress Plugin

This video walks you through setting up the Waiting List Addon in BookingPress. You’ll first activate the addon and edit a service to access the Waiting List Max Time Slot Limit. Set the number of customers who can join the waiting list, or keep it at 0 if you don’t want to offer a waiting list for that service. Customers can then join a full time slot from the front-end booking form and see the available waiting list limit before joining.

You’ll also see how BookingPress manages these waiting appointments from the backend. When an appointment is canceled, the customers waiting for that slot receive an email notification. Once a customer completes the payment after receiving the notification, BookingPress approves the appointment.
