Square Payment Process with BookingPress Pro Plugin

Want to accept online payments via Square for your BookingPress appointments? This video tutorial shows you how to activate and configure the Square payment gateway in BookingPress. You’ll learn how to select your preferred payment method, Card Element or Square Checkout, and enter the required Application ID, Access Token, and Location ID.

The video also shows you where to find these credentials in your Square dashboard. You’ll visit the Square Credentials page to copy the Application ID and Access Token, then go to the Locations page to copy the Location ID and paste the details into BookingPress.

Next, you’ll see how a customer can book an appointment through the BookingPress front end booking form and how the appointment record appears in the Appointments page. If you select the Square Checkout option, the video also shows how to copy the Webhook URL from BookingPress and add it as a subscription on the Webhooks page in your Square dashboard.
