The Microsoft Teams Integration Add-on connects your BookingPress booking system with Microsoft Teams so you can create online meetings for your appointments, and give your customers meeting links to join. 

Furthermore, your staff members can even connect their Microsoft accounts, pick the calendar they want to use and enable Microsoft Teams for specific services. 

When a customer books a service that can happen online, BookingPress can create the calendar event for both a Microsoft Teams meeting. This way both staff and customers can easily join the scheduled session.

You can also customize the meeting event details using placeholders for customer, company, service, staff member and appointment information. This lets you add useful booking details to the meeting title and description while the Microsoft Teams join link can also be added to appointment details and notifications.

Worth mentioning ahead that the Microsoft Teams Integration needs a supported Microsoft 365 license, including Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard or Premium. And Microsoft 365 E1, E3 or E5 plans. You also need to connect the integration using the Client ID and Client Secret from your Microsoft application.

After the integration is set, staff members can connect their Microsoft accounts from their BookingPress profile, pick their calendar and activate Microsoft Teams settings for the services where online meetings are needed.
