Apple Calendar Integration

The Apple Calendar (iCal) Integration add-on allows staff members to connect their Apple Calendar accounts and two-way sync appointment schedules in real time. With this integration, appointments booked via BookingPress will be automatically reflected in the connected Apple Calendar. 

Moreover, staff members can manage their own schedules easily just like any other event in their calendar. What makes it even more better is if their schedule is already busy in iCal, that will automatically be detected and marked as unavailable for bookings to clients. 

Customizing the information that appears in Apple Calendar events is also easy. You can change info including the event title, description, and location. BookingPress has placeholders for customer, company, service, staff member and appointment details. Thus you can choose the info you want to show in each calendar event.

Best of all, you can also customize the Apple Calendar event information using placeholders such as customer name, email, service name, service duration, staff member details, appointment date, appointment time, booking amount, appointment status, and booking ID.

The integration also checks busy events from Apple Calendar and blocks those times in BookingPress. This helps keep staff availability up to date and reduces the chances of double bookings.
