Staff Member Front End Customization
Now that you’ve set up your services and staff members from the backend, it’s time to decide how everything appears on the front-end.
This step matters more than it looks because it directly affects how easily customers can move through your booking form and complete appointments.
How to Customize Staff Member Front-end Look in Booking Form?
For customizing the front end experience, reach to the BookingPress → Customize → Booking Form.

Inside this section, you can control the flow of your booking form, including where and how staff members are shown.
Choose Your Booking Form Sequence
BookingPress allows you to decide the order in which customers complete the booking steps.
Here, you can view the booking form in three sequences, whether starting with
- “Location Selection”
- “Service Selection”
- “Staff Member Selection”
You can easily change it from the Form Settings → Common Form Settings → Booking form sequence.

Which Booking Flow Should You Pick?
Picking the right booking flow is important for achieving good results.
Pick “Service Selection” (Most Suitable for Almost All Businesses)
- Suitable for: salons, clinics, coaching centers, fitness centers, etc.
- Because the customers know which service they need.
- This flow makes booking easy and quick.
Pick “Staff Member Selection”
- Suitable for: people who run their own brand, consultants, specialists, etc.
- If your customers like to book with certain people.
- Such as therapists, trainers, doctors.
Important Note: Commission is only calculated when the appointment status is marked as “Completed”.
Pick “Location Selection” Flow First
- Suitable for: businesses with multiple locations.
- Helps customers choose the nearest or preferred location first
Customize Staff Member Step Settings

Scroll down to the Staff Member Step Settings section.
From here, you can:
- Hide the staff member selection step
- Show staff member bio
- Control which staff details are displayed
Use these options to keep your form clean and focused only to show what actually helps customers decide faster.
